First 90 Germany is written by a student living in Germany. Every guide follows three rules:

1. Sources first. Every amount, fee and deadline links to an official page or the provider's own page, with the date it was last checked.
2. Re-checked every 90 days, and immediately when rules change.
3. General information only. We explain how the system works; we do not give individual legal, tax or insurance advice. For your case, ask the German mission, the immigration office or a licensed advisor.

How this site makes money

It doesn't. There are no ads and no affiliate links: links to providers are plain links (counted anonymously so we know which guides help), and nobody pays for a mention. If that changes, paid links will be clearly marked and this page will say so first.

Independence and limits

This site is not affiliated with, paid by or endorsed by any provider, university, embassy or German authority. Provider names are used only to identify the services being compared. Rules, amounts and prices change; information is checked carefully but can be outdated or incomplete, so confirm anything important with the official source before acting on it. This site does not give individual legal, tax, immigration or insurance advice and does not answer individual cases by email.
